We usually shop locally. Have a half beef in freezer and do local chicken and free range eggs, but I appreciate being able to purchase individual cuts that we so enjoy, like flank steak or chicken thighs for the slow cooker recipes.Your shipping was very quick. Thank you.

In general, I highly recommend Tendergrass to anyone that is looking for high quality, pastured meats. Fast, great packaging and delicious products.
I rendered 3 packages of the back fat, and it made a creamy, white lard that we have very much enjoyed cooking with (baked fries in lard? eggs in lard? mmmm). The rendering process was very easy, and it was my first time rendering any kind of fat!
Now I'm just waiting for it to come back in stock to place my next order.
